About the blogger and this blog

Your humble blogger is a heretical Anglo-Catholic Episcopalian turned pagan polytheist, a choirboy in the body of a middle-aged cis woman, an occasional Tibetan Buddhist, a writer of poetry, fan fiction, myth fiction, and porn, a crazy bird lady who calls her pet cockatiel “my avian life partner”, and one of the three Magistrates of the Ekklesía Antínoou–a queer, Graeco-Roman-Egyptian syncretist reconstructionist polytheist group dedicated to Antinous, the deified lover of the Roman Emperor Hadrian, and related deities and divine figures.

Her purpose in this blog is to honor her gods by public offerings of devotional poetry and stories and to help other devotees of the gods by offering resources for devotion and reflections on her experiences as a pagan and polytheist. She believes and affirms that any person, regardless of sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, ethnic origin, age, culture, disabilities, nationality, race, or socioeconomic status., may approach Antinous directly and worship him as they see fit, and is ready to extend her friendship to all who do so.
